Great Dunmow Maltings is available to hire for both one off and recurring events, with availability 7 days a week between 9am and 11pm. See full hire details below. Bookings can be made by emailing booking@themaltings.org
Hire Charges
£20 per hour weekdays.
£25 per hour weekends.

Terms for multiple hiring are available on request including community use.
If you wish to have tables and chairs set out for you prior to your booking and tidied away after, there is an additional charge of £25
Conditions
Maximum of 60 people
The premises are not suitable for any amplified disco type music or serious dancing.
Premises are to be vacated by 11pm and music cease by 10.30pm
Hirers are asked to abide by full terms and conditions which includes the removal of all rubbish from site.
Tables and chairs for 60 people are available within the hire charge.
We do not hold a premises licence - if the event is open to the public and it is intended to sell alcohol or any form of public entertainment then a (TEN) must be applied for.
There is no parking available on site however a public pay and display car park is adjacent with no charges in the evenings or on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
